"We’ve all got a story. Some parts hurt, some heal — but every page is a chance to change how it ends."
Lee Greenhough is a filmmaker, writer, and inspirational speaker whose work is rooted in one simple belief: stories can change lives.
When Lee was just twelve, his dad was murdered — a moment that shattered everything and set him on a rough road. Raised by his mum in a home where love was real but chaos was never far away, he learned early how fragile life can be. His teenage years and early twenties were marked by poor choices, drinking, and brushes with the law. For a long time, it looked like his story was written — until he made the decision to take it back.
Through resilience, self-belief, and an obsession with change, Lee transformed his life. Today, he uses those same lessons to inspire others.
As a filmmaker, Lee has worked on award-winning short films, features, and creative projects that dive deep into guilt, trauma, and the complexity of human nature. His work captures both the grit and the grace of real life — the dark corners and the light that can still break through. He’s also produced events at historic venues and brings a visual storyteller’s eye to everything he does.
Away from the camera, Lee has spent years working in radio and podcasting — telling stories, interviewing guests, and building authentic connections through honest conversation. His love for film, sound, and storytelling all feed into his work as a speaker.
His keynote, “Choices: One Decision Away,” is a raw, powerful talk about addiction, mental health, resilience, and how one decision — one act of courage — can completely change your path. Whether he’s speaking in schools, on stage, or through a microphone, Lee’s mission is simple: to prove that no one is too far gone to rewrite their story.
At the heart of everything he does — film, radio, or live speaking — is his belief that storytelling isn’t just entertainment. It’s transformation.
